Teens and classic horror fans of all ages will love the dark humor of this three-part play as told by the Scriptkeeper, a crumbling narrator cursed to care for a tomb of forgotten tales of terror. This fun fairytale-monster mashup has a flexible cast and run-time and is a skele-TON of fun at Halloween or any time of the year!
In “Little Red and the Big Bad Werewolf,” nobody is who they seem as a full moon threatens to reveal dark secrets of the Enchanted Forest, and Little Red is escorted to Granny’s by the mysterious Detective Wolfgang Huntzmann.
“Golderella and the Three Bears” sees the fair-haired creature pitted against her creator, Dr. Victoria Frankenstein, a second-rate witch and widowed stepmother to two hunchback daughters. When Golderella escapes, the three bears down the road become accomplices in her fight for freedom!
In “The Sleeping Mummy,” Prince Alarming breaches the underground tunnels of ancient Egypt and mistakes the entombed Princess Ananka for Sleeping Beauty. Shattering the silence of the tomb protected by Anubis, guardian of the princess mummy’s tomb, Alarming also stumbles across a Hollywood acting troupe with a mummy of their own!
