Three clubwomen discover that obituaries, except for dates, are often compiled before a demise when the deceased is a person of considerable note. Assuming they are such, they descend on the local newspaper office and demand to see what’s been written about them. Over the objections of the lady editor, they win out after physically storming the file cabinets. What they discover about themselves may not be to their liking but it is hilarious to the audience.
