ORDER THIS TITLE
There is trouble in Hamelin Town! The village is overrun with rats who eat the cheese, the meat and the butter, and even make nests in the baker’s pies. Even the famous Kitty Cat Patrol headed by Police Sergeant Thomas Katz cannot cope with the problem. So the mayor offers a great reward for anyone who can rid Hamelin of its rodents. Then Peter (who is in love with the mayor’s daughter) receives a magical pipe from Fairy Bibblethwaite. He leads all of the rats from Hamelin and returns for his reward. The Mayor withdraws the reward, however, so Peter again plays his magical pipe, this time leading the children from Hamelin. The town relents; Peter receives his reward and marries the daughter of the mayor. And they all live happily ever after. This play is faithful to the original legend of the Pied Piper, with the addition of entertaining new characters and songs.

Get It Now! allows you to immediately download PDFs of the script, director’s book, and music scores for our shows. Production/rehearsal CDs sets are also available for immediate download. You will not receive physical versions of anything you select for Get It Now! delivery. This option requires the purchase of a sufficient number of scripts (distribution rights) for your entire cast and pre-payment of your entire order, including royalties.
