“Hi! I’m Bella. Bella Bitmore.” The students at Lakeside High don’t quite know what to make of Bella, the offbeat and somewhat annoying new girl on campus who tries so hard to fit in when she’s so clearly... well, different. Besides, they’re too focused on the upcoming state soccer final to give it much thought. But Bella decides that Lakeside’s star forward, Katie, is her new best friend, so some classmates set out to teach Bella a lesson in humility and show her that she doesn’t belong in the popular group.
When an injury sidelines Katie and prevents her from playing in the championship game, she learns her own valuable lessons about the true meaning of friendship and discovers the positive aspects of Bella being “always Bella.” Once Bella’s brother, Bart, helps everyone understand Bella better by sharing some sobering information about his sister’s past, the students realize the dangers of judging a book by its cover and never knowing what’s inside.
Always Bella is a lighthearted and relatable teen drama about fitting in and falling out, and the values of compassion and virtue.

Get It Now! Immediate Downloads
Get It Now! allows you to immediately download PDFs of the script, director’s book, and music scores for our shows. Production/rehearsal CDs sets are also available for immediate download. You will not receive physical versions of anything you select for Get It Now! delivery. This option requires the purchase of a sufficient number of scripts (distribution rights) for your entire cast and pre-payment of your entire order, including royalties.
