This quick-paced and hilarious play-within-a-play is filled with ridiculously funny physical comedy and relatable office humor that teens and adults will equally enjoy!

Morale at Dri-Tech Industries is terrible and assistant manager Hollis knows why all the customer service reps are so unhappy:  “They hate their jobs.  We sell hairdryers that don’t work.”  Clueless manager Merrill decides to improve the company’s mood and motivate listless customer service reps by having them put on a play by Shakespeare.  Which one?  William, of course! 

Merrill has the reps literally pull names from a hat to randomly assign roles to Romeo and Juliet, not even separating the male and female roles.  So it should come as no surprise when the overly dramatic Sylvia is cast as Romeo and Bill, the cowboy of the staff — complete with cowboy hat and belt buckle — is Juliet!  Naturally, nobody wants to wear tights, but Merrill says they have to if they want a prop sword.  With that, the company stage is set for silliness! 

Surprisingly, despite crazy casting, having to resort to lightsabers and wrapping paper rolls thanks to a shortage of prop swords, and the near total lack of theatrical experience in the cast, this ragtag troupe of customer service reps actually manages to pull off some decent scenes...  sort of!  Whether or not it’s a story of woe, the employees have a fabulous time, and your audiences will, too!
