Talk about airing a family’s dirty laundry! When Kenny Rudolf Alexander Pinford-Inkman VI gets word that his family’s laundry basket factory is in the red, he decides to step up and save the day for K.R.A.P.I. Baskets. (The company proudly carries the acronym of its founder’s name.) Meanwhile, his competitor, Harriet Hampton of Hampton’s Hampers, works from every angle to shut down her only competition in the laundry basket biz. Amidst all this, Kenny finds the woman of his dreams. Wouldn’t you know, it’s Heather Hampton, the daughter of the very woman who’s forcing Kenny’s family out of business. Will Kenny’s family lose the company and let Harriet Hampton reign supreme? Will Kenny ever find true love? In the spirit of Urinetown, this show turns something as mundane as laundry baskets into absolutely delightful musical theatre bursting with laughter, love, and plenty of dirty laundry.
