Arrr, mateys! Captain Blackboot and his pirates are looking for their lost treasure, but they have company. A mysterious castaway, a trio of ornithologists, a reporter, and a rival band of female pirates led by Scurvy Sal are all roaming Blackboot’s island. Sal threatens that if Blackboot doesn’t share the treasure, she will use a secret weapon to get it. Blackboot orders two of his men to disguise themselves as women to spy on Sal and discover her secret weapon. But when Sal’s pirates find Blackboot’s spies, they mistake them for dancing girls and force them to dance until their ineptness gives them away! That’s okay, since some of Sal’s pirates are disguised as men to spy on Blackboot. In this ridiculously silly treasure chest full of laughs, the pirates raid the audience for treasure, the ornithologists find their duck, the castaway reveals his identity, and the reporter shares a big secret. Simple staging and flexible casting make this easy. Colorful characters and lots of action make this fun!

The two groups of pirates with their songs and dance are hysterical! I’d highly recommend it if you are looking for an entertaining comedy. We packed the house every night!
