Persephone Proudheart is in search of her lover, Cyril Twigbucket, who she fears has passed away in the mountains. Cyril, however, has struck gold and has not perished. Upon returning to his sweetheart, he falls into the clutches of Rhinestone Fred and Goldust Gertie, who endeavor to make him tell the location of the mine. We now find what the love of a good woman and the quick wits of our hero can do. Cyril is reconciled with Persephone and the Widow Proudheart (Persephone’s mother) captures the heart of bartender, Alaska Al.

Get It Now! allows you to immediately download PDFs of the script, director’s book, and music scores for our shows. Production/rehearsal CDs sets are also available for immediate download. You will not receive physical versions of anything you select for Get It Now! delivery. This option requires the purchase of a sufficient number of scripts (distribution rights) for your entire cast and pre-payment of your entire order, including royalties.
