Announcing Our 2024 Photo Contest!
You know what they say: Pics or it didn’t happen!
As production season winds down, now’s the time to show off your hard work! We want to see your best photos from Pioneer Drama productions that took place in 2023 or 2024.
The deadline to enter is May 10, 2024, and the winner will be announced May 21, 2024.
Any group is welcome to participate. However, there’s a limit of FIVE PHOTOS per production group, so choose wisely! Please, no cast photos.
Here’s a hint: We’re looking for high-resolution photos that show great costuming, set design, action, and facial expressions. Posed action shots work especially great!
Enter the contest by sending up to five photo submissions to PhotoContest@PioneerDrama.com. Each submission must include the name of the play or musical, the name and location of your production group, and the director’s name. Sorry, videos will not be accepted.
The photos must be of a play or musical published by Pioneer Drama Service and produced by your group in either 2023 or 2024. Posed photos of upcoming productions will be accepted.
And here’s the fine print you need to know: All contest entries become the property of Pioneer Drama Service for possible use on our website or in future print and electronic promotional material. If your organization requires release forms from photo subjects, it is your responsibility to make sure these are all in place before submitting your photos.
The winner will be chosen by the staff of Pioneer Drama and will receive $250 in Drama Dollars good for any materials or royalties. Best of all, your photo will be featured in our next annual catalog!
Two runners-up will receive $100 each in Drama Dollars.
All entrants might have the opportunity to see their photo online or in future promotions! We can’t wait to see what you submit!
Pioneer’s photo contest will run through May 10, so be sure to email up to five of your best Pioneer production photos to PhotoContest@PioneerDrama.com.
