Author Profile:  Richard D.  Parks

Richard D.  Parks has a background in both writing and acting spanning almost 63 years.  He was voted the Best Actor in his high school, University, and Graduate School.  His acuity with regard to the craft allowed him the opportunity to tour extensively, acting in over 150 plays over the course of twenty years.  Richard later produced NBC’s Talent Relation Tours, promoting the network’s programming from coast-to-coast.  He has directed dozens of productions for professional companies, as well as numerous colleges and universities.  Richard’s accomplishments have garnered him the honor of appointment to lead acting companies and theatre programs in the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States.  He is currently working on a self-help manual to assist in the comprehension or production of Shakespearean works.
