Playwrights, Composers, Lyricists and Authors

For six years Ludwig worked as an artist-in-residence with fourth graders in Georgia.  She wrote this series of scripts to introduce the idea of radio theatre to young people who had grown up without it.  Once she got them hooked, she had them write their own three-minute plays.  In those six years she directed over 3000 short skits.  Ludwig most recently wrote and produced the musical, Gumbo Bottoms, inspired by oral histories she collected along the Missouri River.  You can find out more about her by visiting the website GumboBottomsMusical.com.
