Author Profile:  Robert Frankel

Rob Frankel attended the University of Michigan where he studied acting, but graduated with a B.S. in Computer Science.  An avid professional actor for over 30 years, he has spent the last 20 writing.  He has over thirty published plays under his belt, including the very popular spoof Whodunit...and to Whom.  Inspired by Steve Martin and Woody Allen, to name a few, Rob is most at home writing "wild and crazy" comedy with lots of verbal wit.  A native Chicagoan, he enjoys fatherhood with his sons Andrew and Tommy, and daughter Lizzie.  Other "lifetime roles" have included radio DJ, ranch hand, singing telegram messenger, folk guitarist/singer, magician, and bridge player.
