Kirk Buis has taught high school Language Arts and Theatre for twenty-eight years. He also co-founded and ran a community theatre, The New London Theatre, in Snellville, Georgia. Kirk is currently the chairman of the Snellville Arts Commission. He also has many plays and skits available on Smashwords and a young adult novel, The Family Tree.
