Michael A.  Youngs is an Agricultural/Commercial Loan Officer at Garrison State Bank & Trust in Garrison, ND.  His love for acting, directing and writing plays comes from his involvement with the Sakakawea Area Council for the Arts (SACA) - SACA has been instrumental in promoting the arts, and has produced many stage productions in its 22+ year history.  Since 1996, Michael has been involved with Garrison’s annual Dickens Village Festival, held each November/December.  One of the highlights of the three-weekend event is a live stage production of a version of Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol held at SACA’s Kota Theater.
