Michael Vigilant (Librettist/Lyricist) and Gerald Castle (Composer) have been writing plays and musicals as a team since 1980.  Some of their produced works include Kip Synatra's Mobile Musical; Foiled Again!, Two Musical Melodramas; and Phantom Of The Op'ry with book by Tim Kelly.

For Pioneer Drama Service, Vigilant and Castle have musicalized Bedside Manor, King Midas And The Palace Of Gold, Attack Of The Killer Grasshoppers, Recess! and a musical version of The Jungle Book.

The duo has frequently been teamed with playwright, Tim Kelly.  Vigilant lives in Troy, Michigan with his wife and two children.
