Born and raised in Arizona, Daniel Tenney is a composer, playwright, teacher, and actor living in the West Valley of Phoenix. A lifelong composer, he has composed for choirs, bands, and musicals. His marching band scores have received caption awards, and he has been nominated for multiple AriZoni Theater Awards for writing.
As a lover of contemporary musical theatre, Daniel has written book, music, and lyrics for over a dozen musicals, ranging from dark chamber pieces about selling your soul to comedies about rock-paper-scissors.
