Author Profile:  Patricia Springer

Raised in Albuquerque, Patricia earned a BA in Theatre Arts at the University of New Mexico.  She’s worked in television/film and video production since 1980 as a host, anchor, and reporter.  She co-hosted a nationally syndicated program called PM Magazine in Kansas and in Denver in the mid ‘80s.  Other credits include hosting and reporting various programs on KCNC, HGTV, ABC, Starz!, Encore, Time Warner, HBO, and Knowledge TV.  In addition to her on-camera work, Patricia writes, produces, directs, and records voice-overs for commercials, infomercials, corporate, and educational videos.

Patricia wrote Magic Golden Apples when she was a high school senior.  It was produced at the University of New Mexico and numerous other venues over the years.  All the while, Patricia tweaked, edited and refined the script until at last, Magic Golden Apples found its way into print at Pioneer Drama Service.
