P.B. Rogerson is a native Virginian, and currently lives in the resort city of Virginia Beach. She made her stage debut in the third grade, playing a character part in two school productions. Then, years passed before a small role in a church Christmas play rekindled an interest in theater that continues today. Her acting experience includes role playing for Eastern Virginia Medical School, and roles in many productions by The Assembly, a Christian drama ministry she co-founded.
Directing and writing both sacred and secular material also play an important part in P.B.’s theatrical experience. Her writing credits include plays, skits, monologues, and a series of humorous plays for an elementary school’s annual dinner theater.
A member of Pioneer’s family of playwrights since 1997, she now has two titles listed in its catalog: Mischief in the Magnolias and While Shepherds Watched.
