Vern Harden

Vern Harden
Vern Harden, Cedaredge, Colorado playwright, has a varied background in the theatre, having served as actor, singer, director, manager, technician and designer through his career.  In addition he has worked on radio and appeared in movies.  Now working in the field of Quick Comedy, Harden is concentrating on humor, pausing occasionally to write on the tragedies of life.

Vern Harden's long and varied career, besides acting, singing, designing, directing and writing for the theatre, shows occasional forays into the fields of handy man, meter reader, shoe salesman, radio dispatcher, minister, teacher, farm laborer and college professor.

His humorous newspaper columns have been published widely.

"The purpose of life," Harden states, "is to observe, to experience, to enjoy.”

Harden welcomes comments on and requests for specific types of shows.
