Andrew Frodahl’s passion for writing began at an early age. In the third grade he used his mother’s typewriter to write his first story.
Since then, Andrew has 8 stage plays currently published, Believing in a Finley Christmas in 2012, Back to the Nativity, Chapter Seven Christmas, Jooba Gumba Wondy, and Roy & Rita's Ridiculous Remodel, in 2016, and Christmas in Juneberry in 2017, by Eldridge Publishing.

Produced stage plays include an adaptation of Margery Williams’s classic The Velveteen Rabbit (Penobscot Theatre Company 2010, New York Children’s Theater Festival 2012, Centre Theatre 2014), and original works Liferaft (Penobscot Theatre Company 2011), and The Blueberry Balladeer (Penobscot Theatre Company 2012).
The Velveteen Rabbit was chosen to be produced off Broadway at the first annual New York Children’s Theater Festival (NYCTF) in New York City. NYCTF is a play festival with board members/adjudicator’s including Thomas Schumacher of Disney Theatrical, Cheryl Henson of the Jim Henson foundation, Kevin Clash of Sesame Street, and Carol Demas of the Magic Garden.
Andrew has worked in the live theatre industry for over fifteen years. He has worked in 90 productions as a Stage Manager, Production Manager, Producer, Puppet Coach, Designer, & Technical Director.
Andrew would like to thank God and his family for all their support. Andrew lives in Northern Maine with his wife Ashley and their three sons, Axel, Hans, and Finn.
